- According to international standards, plastic surgeons will get 48 points of Continual Medical Education (CME) after online certification for completing a 3-module program.
- Each module corresponds to a standardized scientific program developed by the ISAPS Training Programs Council.
The F.A.S.T. Program is divided into three modules taught over a period of one year, with each module focusing on a different anatomic region (Face, Breast, and Body) and covering a core curriculum as determined by the Education Council including but not limited to:
1. Basic surgical anatomy
2. Step-by-step surgical techniques
3. Pre-op and post-op care of patients
4. Tips and tricks of each technique
5. How to avoid or treat common and uncommon complications
6. Common patient concerns
7. Minimally and non-invasive techniques
8. Patient Safety ISAPS Business School - how to grow, market, protect, and organize an
9. aesthetic surgery practice
10. How to introduce new technologies into a practice
